USA / NON-EU International Returns

We accept exchanges/returns for domestic orders shipped with Priority Mail. Media Mail (Domestic) and First Class (International) shipments are uninsured, and while our customers almost never report damage to their items, we can't take responsibility for your local one-armed, package-juggling mail carrier. We also cannot take responsibility for manufacturer defects or warping on brand new records. To request an exchange/return for a domestic order shipped with Priority Mail, please send an email to rarelimiteds@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order #, photos of the damage to your item (if any) and your request. Upon review, we will respond and request that you send your item back for a replacement item if still in stock, or for a full refund if not still in stock.

Please note that we can not accept returns/exchanges for non-EU international orders or on brand new items that have been opened/used.

 

EU Returns

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account, or by contacting us directly before the withdrawal period expires.

Return process: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to goods that have been clearly personalized.


General Info Regarding Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Damage
Items will be shipped in the condition specified on the product page (if listed). Orders of vinyl records are safely and securely packaged in specific record mailers. Other items are shipped securely in properly sized mailers. We do not accept returns for items damage by mail services in transit. Please make any specific shipping requests during your purchase to ensure a safe arrival of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return shipments are non-refundable.
